2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CleanDocs for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CleanDocs.dev
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

To use this service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the OpenAPI specifications and documentation you upload to CleanDocs. We store your content securely and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CleanDocs to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

In no event shall KCESYS Ltd, CleanDocs, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use CleanDocs.
